About the speakers:

Erika Johnson has been with Land O’Lakes for six years holding various leadership positions that support digital marketing and sales enablement. Erika is currently an IT Portfolio Manager, focused on activating and managing a $30 million project portfolio that spans multiple businesses and functional areas. This includes efforts focused on extending the use of marketing and sales technologies to make the lives of marketers and sales professionals more efficient and more productive. Prior to Land O’Lakes Erika held positions in demand planning, sales, marketing and strategy at Bobcat Company, Doosan Equipment, and Ingersoll Rand. These early roles are where Erika nurtured and developed a passion for process efficiency and optimization.


Julie Scheife oversees digital marketing strategy and is responsible for building digital marketing capabilities to accelerate growth across all businesses for Land O’Lakes. Julie has worked across corporate and agency roles on some of the world’s most respected brands from Target and ConAgra to Subaru and Berkshire Hathaway.
