About the speakers:

Brian leads content and social business strategies for UPS and its customer-facing digital distribution channels, with the objective to engage and activate brand advocates, customers, and industry influencers. Prior to joining UPS in 2012, Brian spent much of his career working in concert with brand leadership teams of Fortune 500, micro-cap, and start-up organizations to craft brand strategies and tactical marketing efforts.


George began his career in the music industry, followed by a decade in Corporate Communications at IBM. He is currently the Global Lead for social brand marketing, with a focus on engagement, interactions, and branded content, including oversight of IBM’s enterprise social accounts, social brand channel strategy, and social content strategy. His work is based out of the IBM Studio in NYC.


Jana is Senior Director of Global Content and Social Engagement at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN), where she leads content creation and social media. ICANN’s mission is to help ensure the stable, secure, and unified operation of the systems that support the Internet’s unique identifiers across the world. Prior to joining ICANN, Jana was an award-winning news producer, executive producer, and news director at CTV News, Director of Strategy at Rogers Media, and a Harvard Nieman Fellow.
